  • Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with diced onion. Cool to room temperature.
  • Immediately before serving, whisk lemon juice and olive oil with Greek Seasoning until creamy. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Drizzle over potato salad.
