Easy, hearty, and kid-friendly, even the pickiest eaters won’t be able to resist this baked pasta with classic, herby Italian flavours. Prep the pasta and meatballs ahead of time, and then just pop it in the oven for an easy, weeknight win. Ingredients
2 cups
elbow macaroni
2 12 cups
Marinara Sauce, prepared
12 pkg, or ⅓ cup breadcrumbs, optional
14 cup
grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
  1. In Multipurpose Pot, cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  3. In Multipurpose Pot, heat Marinara Sauce over medium-low heat. Once sauce is simmering, add meatballs, stir, and heat for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Drain macaroni, return to pot, and mix in Marinara Sauce and meatballs. Pour into a 3 quart oven-safe casserole dish. Top with coating mix, if using, and Parmesan.
  5. Bake until top is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 cup chopped veggies.
