Ingredients

medium-size potatoes, rinsed and coarsely diced
1
granny smith (or other crisp) apple, cored and diced
2
stalks of celery, finely diced
12 recipe prepared
Mango Curry Dip
sesame seeds, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Place potatoes in a Multipurpose Steamer with lid, and cook on high for 5–6 minutes, or until tender. Let cool.
  2. Combine potatoes with the next three ingredients, sprinkle with sesame seeds and season to taste. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
