Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 10 oz (280 g) pork or lamb loin, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 4 pitas, warmed

Preparation


 
  • Combine first four ingredients in an Rectangular Steamer.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 8–10 minutes. Serve on warm pitas.

Tip


 

Tip: Not a fan of bread? Skip the pita and serve pork on 1 C (250 ml) rice.
Make it vegetarian: Swap pork for tofu or tempeh.
