Makes: 4 servings (8-10 cups)

Preparation


 
  • In a Multipurpose Pot - 12 C or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 2–3 min, until soft.
  • Add veggies and seasoning. Stir to combine and cook for 3–4 min more.
  • Add broth and tea. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer 15 min until the vegetables are tender.
  • Just before serving, add the mixed greens and season to taste.

Tip


 

Kitchen hack: If short on time, steam veggies in a Multipurpose Steamer and add to pot for faster cooking.
