Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 10 oz (280 g) lamb or pork loin, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 recipe prepared El Greco Finishing Sauce, optional
  • 4 bamboo skewers

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (218° C)
  • Combine first three ingredients. Alternately thread meat and peppers onto bamboo skewers.
  • Heat oil in an Fry Pan on medium. Add skewers and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Place pan in oven and continue to cook for 6–8 minutes until to desired doneness.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and El Greco Finishing Sauce, then serve.

Tip: Serve with prepared Dillicious Tzatziki and prepared Classic Greek Salad.
