Ingredients


Makes: 10 servings
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) 2% plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Coleslaw Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) vinegar
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 carrots

Preparation


 
  • In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dressing mix, and vinegar.
  • Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, thinly slice cabbage (about 10 cups) and carrots.
  • Add cabbage and carrot to bowl; stir to combine. Salad will keep well, refrigerated, up to 3 days.
