Ingredients


Makes: 2 servings
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) dried fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 2/3 C (160 ml) whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) butter
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), coarsely ground, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) chives

Preparation


 
  • In Pasta Pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and return to pot. Pour in cream, Caesar Dressing, butter and Parmesan cheese.
  • Toss with two forks and pile into individual pasta bowls.
  • Top with coarsely ground Black Pepper and a sprinkling of chives.

Tip


 

Tip: Add crumbled crispy bacon or smoked salmon to this dish. Serve with a crisp green salad.
