Ingredients


Makes: 6 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) penne or gluten-free pasta
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) coarsely grated zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp (1,25 ml) crushed chilies, or to taste
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a Fry Pan over medium heat. Add zucchini and crushed chilies and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Stir in pasta.
  • Season with Pepper and serve.

Tip


 

Tip: Serve with white fish, chicken breast or shrimp, seasoned and steamed for 5–7 minutes in Rectangular Steamer.
