- In a large bowl, combine Pakora Mix with 1⁄2 cup hot water and lemon juice. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Season fish with salt; fold into mixture along with zucchini.
- Preheat large frying pan over medium heat; add oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan; flatten slightly. Cook until golden on both sides. Serve with tartar sauce, Lemon Dilly Dip, or your favourite aioli.
Make tartar sauce by stirring chopped pickles or capers into prepared Lemon Dilly Dip.
Serve with 1⁄2 cup Sweet Potato Fries and 1 cup sliced mixed veggies.
